Bemidji School Board will see Johnson, Young and Lind in 2019

BEMIDJI– In the Bemidji School Board race, incumbent Carol L. Johnson will serve another term after securing 6,092 votes. Newcomers joining her on the school board include Sarah Young, with 5,314 votes, and Jeffrey Lind, with 4,449 votes. Incumbent Shawn Whiting came close to being elected with 4,427, as did Jack Aakhus with 4,386. There were eight candidates on the school board ballot for three seats.
